Gorgeous, we have  FREE US Shipping for orders over $50! All orders will be shipped the following business day ( we don’t ship on Sundays or holidays) once we have verified that the inventory is in stock.

You should receive your purchase between 7 to 10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.  We ship out from South Texas, so our Texas customers may receive their shipment sooner!

 Payed shipping options are also available at checkout in case you need your gorgeous findings sooner!

*During holidays and the holiday season your order processing time may take an additional 2-3 days. 

We ship through USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. 

Please double check your address before completing your purchase. We want to make sure you receive your order. If your address was incorrect at checkout and we have not shipped out your clothing please contact us asap via email at support@thevelvetshowroom.com so we can have it shipped to the correct address for you.

If you pay for shipping, we are not able to refund or issue store credit for shipping charges.

If, during your purchase, you selected the “pick up at store” option, your shipment will be needed to be picked up at the store. This could be a reason why you haven’t received your shipment.

If you want your purchase shipped to you please contact us at support@velvetshowroom.com and we will send your purchase your way. If your purchase is below $50.00 standard shipping fees will apply. Please allow an additional business day to process your shipment and you should receive it on 7 to 10 business days. If you are needing a rush order on your “pick up at store” standard fees will apply.

Do you want your purchase picked-up instead of shipped?

We can help with that! If your order hasn’t been shipped (Please keep in mind that we take 1 business day to process)
