wanted to specify our exchange and return policies to all of our customers.

since we only offer store credit, we won’t return the funds to the original payment method for all product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no signs of wear (no odors)  with attached tag and/or box, and are in original condition .

sale items, last chance, floor models or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.  If item(s) don’t meet the criteria upon inspection, the refund will be denied and the package will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Item(s) needs to be shipped before 10 days upon arrival (Most of our items have glitter, sequins, lace applications, pearls or rhineStone details and need to be taken out of the package with extreme care) Items returned with signs of obvious wear may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

 At Velvet showroom we only offer EXCHANGES (Only on full Price dresses) for the same dress model, difference size in existence, we can’t guarantee a size that is not in stock, since some models may be last-chance items or unique pieces.

Our Returns Will ONLY offer store credit minus the shipping return fee that Will be deducted from the final owed amount.

Please only return item(s) to the address provided, since other address that may be used can cause your package to be lost at your expense. Our goal is to make your process effortless, please read carefully and follow the procedure provided.

The Velvet Showroom is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. During your return period, if a full price item has had price changes, you will get credit for the current pricing of the same item you purchased.
